T. Q. Machining, Inc. Receives Nadcap Accreditation for Nonconventional Machining
To demonstrate its continued commitment to quality,
T. Q. Machining, Inc. proudly announces that they have
been successful in maintaining Nadcap accreditation for
Nonconventional Machining, for fast hole and sinker
EDM.
“Our most recent reaccreditation audit was conducted on December 19 and 20, 2018”,
commented Karl Schmitt, Quality Engineer at T. Q. Machining, Inc. “Because of our employees’
attention to detail and their thorough understanding of the EDM process and our customers’
needs, there were no findings reported”, he observed.
The aim of the Nadcap program is to assess process capability for compliance to industry
standards and customer requirements. By achieving Nadcap accreditation, T. Q. Machining, Inc.
has demonstrated their compliance.
“Compliance is a journey, not a destination, and a Nadcap audit is a moment in time for which
an aerospace supplier prepares for constantly. Embedding a culture of compliance into an
organization is an ongoing effort and often a thankless task, so I am delighted to congratulate
T.Q. Machining, Inc. for achieving Nadcap accreditation in recognition of their hard work,” said
Michael J. Hayward, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Performance
Review Institute.
